Shipping and returns policy


All parts will be shipped and packaged estuchadas you gift, with its corresponding purchase ticket issued in Spanish.

If you do not wish to receive sales receipt, gift receipt prefer or want further receive the bill in your name, you must provide your tax information such as full name, ID or VAT number, address, etc.

  You will receive your order within 4-7 full business days. We consider business day on weekdays from Monday to Friday, except public holidays marked on the official calendar.



How I can return items? Our return policy.
  You have 7 days from receipt of your package to communicate your desire to return and send the items back. Outside this period the refund will be denied.

  Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

   As an exception, the right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following circumstances:

   (a) In the case of products that have been used.

   (b) In the case of products involved in personal hygiene (ie. piercings ...).

These are the steps to take:

   1. Pre-processing required before shipment

  Contact via email ANDIJOR or phone 96 363 01 01 - 96 363 02 02 informing:

• Invoice number.

• List of pieces that want to return (code and units).

• One of the three grounds for refund as listed below:

     A. Order wrong.

     B. Defective Item.

     C. I do not like.

   2. Packing of the goods.

   The pieces must be submitted in a sealed package, in perfect condition and packaged separately without rubbing or damage and if possible in their original packaging, as received. We will expedite the processing if accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt.

   3. Form of transport.

   The parts should be sent prepaid. No shipments will be received freight collect.

   4. Return the collection

   Once we receive your package in our warehouse, it will take a few days to verify and process your return. Once controlled and correct, proceed to the payment back to the same card with which you made the payment. In the case of not meeting these requirements the goods are returned to sender.

  At points 1 and 2 shipping cost will be borne by Salva Segura, SL In the event of removal for Cause 3 shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  Salva Segura, SL will not be responsible for the goods until they reach your warehouse.

  If you want to change your item for another size or another article, you must make the return and make a new purchase.

  Products bearing seals must be returned with said seal without removing it.
